Our new mixed-use project, 2700 University, continues to build in St. Paul, Minnesota. Construction has progressed nicely since groundbreaking in late June. Check out the most recent pictures, taken by our Project Manager, Jeff Hammersley who was onsite yesterday:

The project includes a resort-style pool, a Bike Shop, Outdoor Living Room, Business Center, Fitness Center and will have Wi-Fi throughout! Apartments boast movable kitchen islands, luxury, wood-style flooring, LED lighting and pendant / decorative track lighting.
