As many of you recall, in April we opened The Heights Linden Square, a luxury mixed-use development in Gladstone, Missouri, just a stones throw from Kansas City.
The project has been a hit, but in our corner of the Flaherty & Collins Properties corporate office, we get especially psyched to see our developments come to life through the lens of our photography team, led by Daniel Showalter.
Here’s a sneak peak:
You can certainly see why so many residents love to call The Heights their new home. Keep an eye out for more photos launching soon on The Heights website: theheightslindensquare.com – and find out more about why this amenity filled project has the area buzzing!
We are excited to announce partnership with The Port Authority of Kansas City to create a mixed-use urban village on the Kansas City riverfront.
This development will be the first phase of the Berkley Riverfront Development bringing 398 luxury apartment units, 400 parking stalls, and 12,000 square feet of retail shopping across five acres. The community will be pet friendly and offer amenities for residents who are active or just want to relax. Community amenities will include a resort-style pool with sundeck, sky bar with views of downtown Kansas City and the river, gaming lounge, fitness club, indoor/outdoor Yoga and Pilates studios, pet wash and bicycle bar.
The 55-acre site is part of a large scale master plan set forth by the Port Authority to create a world class urban village that will encompass offices, residential and retail space, and amenities. This initial step will facilitate Kansas City’s riverfront in becoming a long term economic and cultural oasis and stimulate future projects.
“The public private partnership between the Port Authority and Flaherty & Collins is exciting for the redevelopment of Berkley Riverfront Park. It was vital that our initial development partner embrace the history of the river and the future of Kansas City. We are excited that this mixed-use development will provide riverfront residential options and serve as momentum for further development,” said Michael Collins, President and CEO of the Port Authority.
Our lead developer, Ryan Cronk, Vice President of Development added, “We are excited about this first Riverfront development and our partnership with the Port Authority on this project. We look forward to working toward their vision for growth and development of this fantastic area. We are certain this mixed-use development will be a source of pride for this growing community.”
More information about the new project will be announced in coming weeks. The Port Authority’s Mission is to foster the economic vitality of Kansas City, MO through transportation, trade, commerce, and development.
