The Heights Defines Luxury Living in Gladstone

As many of you recall, in April we opened The Heights Linden Square, a luxury mixed-use development in Gladstone, Missouri, just a stones throw from Kansas City.

The project has been a hit, but in our corner of the Flaherty & Collins Properties corporate office, we get especially psyched to see our developments come to life through the lens of our photography team, led by Daniel Showalter.

Here’s a sneak peak:

You can certainly see why so many residents love to call The Heights their new home. Keep an eye out for more photos launching soon on The Heights website: theheightslindensquare.com – and find out more about why this amenity filled project has the area buzzing!

Max’n, Relax’n

A few weeks ago we shared some pics from our official grand opening ceremonies at The Heights Linden Square. But you didn’t think we were done, did you? Over the past few weeks, we’ve been tinkering with our patio to make it even better. Check out what our residents will enjoy this summer (drink in hand optional):

Let’s check out that outdoor fireplace:

Opening Up The Heights Linden Square

IMG_1710Last week, members of the Flaherty & Collins Properties team traveled west from our corporate offices in Indianapolis to the beautiful city of Kansas City. It was finally time to officially open The Heights Linden Square, Gladstone’s finest new apartment community.

You’ve seen posts of progress and read the list of amenities, but until you see The Heights in person, you’ve not seen anything yet. Nestled in the heart of downtown Gladstone’s urban core, The Heights looks like something that was meant to be there, between dining options, entertainment and more.

Our team arrived sporadically throughout the early part of the week to ensure the Grand Opening of The Heights Linden Square was truly, well, grand!

Over 200 people came to enjoy the ribbon cutting ceremony and hear some words on the project from Mayor Bill Garnos, City Manager Kirk Davis, Suzanne McKinney of the Gladstone Area Chamber of Commerce and Flaherty & Collins Properties CEO David Flaherty and Vice President Ryan Cronk.

And as Mr. Flaherty indicated in his notes, public/private partnerships are our specialty! These mixed-use development projects create numerous opportunities for both residents and the city.

Snow & Co. provided a wonderful buffet for guests and we raffled off gifts from Google, Nest, and the Gladstone Area Chamber of Commerce. Attendees were able to tour the property’s numerous amenities, as well as visit the model and guest suite for a taste of the life residents will and have been enjoying!

Our team enjoyed some great BBQ and many other fun activities as well! It was a pleasure to open The Heights last week and we hope everyone enjoys the property as much as we do.

Eric Paslay Plays Linden Square

photo 5This past weekend, country music artist Eric Paslay played a free concert in Gladstone, Missouri at Linden Square – that’s right, in the same neighborhood as the new Flaherty & Collins Properties development, The Heights Linden Square.

The Heights provided space for Paslay and his crew, as well as the City of Gladstone, as Paslay met with three lucky winners of The Kansas City Star VIP Meet & Greet contest.

Paslay completed The Heights development and noted that will be a very cool asset to have in the Gladstone community. Paslay also said he was excited to stop in and take a tour of the finished product the next time he was in town.

We’ll be humming Paslay’s songs around the office this week thanks to kind words like that!
