On Valentine’s Day, The Chicago Tribune showcased Ninety7Fifty on the Park, a mixed-use development and thriving luxury apartment community in Orland Park, Illinois.

Last week, The Indianapolis Star took note of how the harsh winter weather has made a significant impact on apartment communities and construction.

And as we posted last Thursday, Flaherty & Collins celebrated the Grand Opening of our newest development, The Landing in Mount Vernon, Indiana – a unique mixed-use development featuring both affordable and market rate units, in addition to retail space. The project has been highlighted in several media outlets, including RE Journals.com and the Evansville Courier-Press.

There is more excitement in store this year – and this Spring, as we prepare to complete the development of Axis in downtown Indianapolis. And later this year, The Heights at Linden Square in Gladstone, Missouri and The Depot at Nickel Plate in Fishers, Indiana.
