Breaking Ground at 360 Market Square

Dirt TurnEarlier this week, we broke ground on our latest development, 360 Market Square, a mixed-use residential tower in downtown Indianapolis. The 28-story, $121 million project will rise on the north parcel of the former site of Market Square Arena. The development, at nearly 300 feet tall, will feature a 40,000 square foot Whole Foods Market®.

You can read more of the official details here, but today, we wanted to provide a behind the scenes look at the ground breaking ceremony. We could not decide which was more preferable!

We were honored and pleased to be joined by City of Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard, City-County Councilman Vop Osili, Downtown Indy President Sherry Seiwert and our own CEO David Flaherty as guest speakers.

Thanks to all those who braved the cold with us to usher in the start of this fantastic new project!
