We’re gearing up for an exciting week at Flaherty & Collins Properties, with the ceremonial grand opening and ribbon cutting of Steeplechase at Parkview on Thursday, April 24, from 2-4pm EDT. The event will be held onsite – 11275 Sportsman Park Lane in Fort Wayne.

Steeplechase at Parkview, located in the ever-growing North area of Fort Wayne, is a luxury community featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. Apartments range from 749 square feet to 1,366 square feet.

Amenities include Canine Commons, a pool with a community grill and pool house, 24-hour fitness, a conference center equipped with WiFi, a tanning booth and three relaxing ponds with fountains. Apartments feature granite counter tops, washer and dryer, closet organizers and garden tubs.

The result of a $22 million investment, Steeplechase at Parkview created a total of 264 apartments. Managed by Flaherty & Collins Properties, Steeplechase opened in the summer of 2013.
