FT. WAYNE – The Bert Show, a nationally syndicated show with affiliates in Texas, California, Nevada, New York and the Carolinas, will be hosting their annual Backyard BBQ at Steeplechase at Parkview Apartments in Fort Wayne this Saturday, August 2nd from 4-7pm. The event will be held onsite – 11275 Sportsman Park Lane in Fort Wayne.
The Bert Show, which selects the host site, chose Steeplechase out of over 1,000 entries and will be hosting a three-hour show live at the property. Free food and drinks will be provided by The Rib Room, Greek’s Pizza Forum and Jersey Mike’s. Prizes will be given away during the event, including a limo ride to a concert at Klipsch Music Center with Bert from The Bert Show to see OneRepublic.
Steeplechase at Parkview, located in the ever-growing North area of Fort Wayne, is a luxury community featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans. Apartments range from 749 square feet to 1,366 square feet. Amenities include Canine Commons, a pool with a community grill and pool house, 24-hour fitness, a conference center equipped with WiFi, a tanning booth and three relaxing ponds with fountains. Apartments feature granite counter tops, washer and dryer, closet organizers and garden tubs.
The result of a $22 million investment, Steeplechase at Parkview created a total of 264 apartments. Managed by Flaherty & Collins Properties, Steeplechase opened in the summer of 2013.
